Call for an investigation into war crimes in Gaza

February 17, 2009

Got five minutes? Then add your voice to those calling for an investigation into war crimes in Gaza. Amnesty International researchers in Gaza have found undeniable evidence of war crimes perpetrated by both sides. These include Israel’s extensive use of deadly white phosphorus against Palestinian civilians in densely populated Gaza, disproportionate and indiscriminate attacks on civilians, as well as Hamas rockets being fired recklessly and indiscriminately into Israeli residential areas.

Take a moment or two to press the UK government to use all its diplomatic tools to push for an independent, international investigation that could help bring perpetrators to justice for crimes committed in the conflict.

And if you haven’t donated to the DEC Gaza appeal – now’s the time to do so…
